Louis Vuitton City Guide

As you might know I love travel guides. It’s one of my favorite things to read before preparing for slow travel.

I was able to thrift the 2002 Louis Vuitton City Guide Collection for only $10 (and yes a complete set). I was shocked to see it in the store. Louis Vuitton as many of you might know began as a travel bag brand with their canvas trunks.

They produce these guides still but in a much larger format. It’s so much fun looking at travel books from the past. What amenities are considered almost normal now that were not such as cash only (though in some places this is still the case).

This collection has brought me so much joy whenever I look through them and I hope to get the newest complete collection as a gift in the future.
