Birch Beer Float

Think root beer float but birch beer. For those unfamiliar birch beer is similar but made from birch bark. A lighter taste than root beer, but a more minty flavor.

Made one of these last night, had my lovely bf ship in Birch Beer from PA to Los Angeles (after I had talked about how much I love it).

We paired it with Nick’s Protein Ice Cream so it was a high protein birch beer float. Highly recommend.
