
It is embarrassing to admit but I eat around 2lbs of granola every week. Out of all the ones I eat, I tend to go towards this bear naked Cacao & Cashew Butter Crunch. I love the cashews and the little cacao nibs especially with Greek yogurt. Great source of fiber and the pumpkin seeds give it that little omega 3 punch.
Great for an essay writing snack, mid day pick me up, post workout fuel, or car snack. The possibilities of granola are endless
